Job requirements

- Education: Practical or BSc Electronics or Industrial Engineer and CQE (Certified Quality Engineer).
- At least 5 years' experience in electronic products mass production at Contract Manufacturers (Sub-Contractors).
- Deep understanding of Electronic production process: SMT, Solder Wave, manual soldering, Mechanical assembly and testing methodologies.
- Self-motivated and task oriented for Quality improvement and production Yield and throughput increment.
- Good computing skills.
- Chinese and good English verbal and writing skills.
- Residence GUANGZHOU.
Job description

- Leading on site quality activities at Contract Manufacturer.
- Responsibility for transition and implementation of quality requirements in prototype, NPI and Mass Production stages.
- Responsibility for cooperation with Contract Manufacturer quality and production teams for MRB, CAPA, production monitoring and process sampling control.
- Tightly monitoring of production yields, analyze the results and lead in cooperation with Contract Manufacturing teams improvement plans.
- Internal and External Auditing of production line and critical suppliers.
