Job description:
- Provide phone support and email support to customers in his/her region
- Provide onsite support services for training or troubleshooting purposes upon need
- Evaluate customer needs in the areas of service, training and logistics and plan and execute the plan to fulfill them
- Identify product, documentation and other issue impairing customer satisfaction and communicate them to the HQ
- Support as needed other customers in other regions of the world
- Conduct training classes and workshops to train partners and customers
- Assist the sales team in technical marketing and other needs
- Give presentations and marketing support during events and trade shows to support the company’s marketing and sales activities
- Participate in team meetings and collaboratively work with team member, colleagues and consultants to improve solution
Requirements:
- Technician/Practical engineer/Engineer with preference to one of the following areas: Mechanical, Electronic, Computer, or Materials
- Fluent German and English
- Customer oriented, Team Player, excellent communication skills
Advantage:
- Experience in the customers arena including technical customer support, training, customer relationship and operational processes (RMA, Documentation, spares parts management, escalation processes).
- Italian, French and other European languages are advantage
