R&D project leader

• Main tasks: leading R&D projects in the HW team from scratch to mass production through all the development phases
• Scope: full time job (100%)

Requirements:

• University graduate (B.Sc or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics.
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiar with hardware board design (digital and analog circuits, power converters, layout and assembly processes)
• Familiar with software design basics (DSPs, uCs, …)
• Familiar with mechanical design (production disciplines, processes and costs)
• Previous work experience in project management or product development processes
• Ability to interact with co-workers from all the disciplines and management
• Ability to quickly grasp new ideas and methods
• Multi-tasker and independent
• Punctual and accurate with excellent organizational skills
• Highly motivated
