Job description

  1. Technical support, escalation level 2 focal point – HW and SW
  2. Technical documentation & procedures writing and maintenance
  3. ECO & FCO executions and monitoring
  4. Knowledge base building and maintenance
  5. Training for customers

 

Requirements

  1. Electrical or electronics engineer / Practical engineer
  2. Experience with high voltage systems
  3. Experience with Photovoltaic systems – preferred
  4. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in support or engineering positions from high tech company
  5. Customer oriented, team player and excellent communication skills
  6. Self-motivated, able to take the initiative to solve problems and lead tasks
  7. High skills in English, speaking and writing
  8. Documentation & Training skills
  9. Willingness to work extended hours per need
