Job description
- Technical support, escalation level 2 focal point – HW and SW
- Technical documentation & procedures writing and maintenance
- ECO & FCO executions and monitoring
- Knowledge base building and maintenance
- Training for customers
Requirements
- Electrical or electronics engineer / Practical engineer
- Experience with high voltage systems
- Experience with Photovoltaic systems – preferred
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in support or engineering positions from high tech company
- Customer oriented, team player and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to take the initiative to solve problems and lead tasks
- High skills in English, speaking and writing
- Documentation & Training skills
- Willingness to work extended hours per need
