Support Engineers (student position) - 2nd or 3rd year engineering student
Job description:
- First level of contact for the companies’ fast growing install base, including technical requests in the areas of: communication, SW and HW.
- On sites visits and system repairing
- Logistics, administrative and quality processes execution.
- Willingness to work extended hours per need.
Requirements:
- 2nd or 3rd student for Mechanical, Electronic, Computer, or Materials engineering
- Fluent English – M U S T!
- Customer oriented, Team Player, excellent communication skills
Advantage:
- Experience in the customers arena including field support, technical customer support, training, customer relationship and operational processes (RMA, Documentation, spares parts management, escalation processes).
- Additional languages: French, Italian, German
