Support Engineers (student position) - 2nd or 3rd year engineering student

 

Job description:

  • First level of contact for the companies’ fast growing install base, including technical requests in the areas of: communication, SW and HW.
  • On sites visits and system repairing
  • Logistics, administrative and quality processes execution.
  • Willingness to work extended hours per need.

 

 

Requirements:

  • 2nd or 3rd student for Mechanical, Electronic, Computer, or Materials engineering
  • Fluent English – M U S T!
  • Customer oriented, Team Player, excellent communication skills

 

Advantage:

  • Experience in the customers arena including field support, technical customer support, training, customer relationship and operational processes (RMA, Documentation, spares parts management, escalation processes).
  • Additional languages: French, Italian, German
