Preferred location: Central UK / Greater London area
- Technical support expert for all related product issues including: Communication, computers, SW and HW issues.
- Vast knowledge in support arena including technical customer support, training capabilities, customer relationship and operational processes (RMA, Documentation, spares management, escalation processes etc).
- Trainer for all UK installers.
- Onsite installation support and problem solving with frequent and immediate response time.
- Second level support for issue that were not resolved by the Support Center.
Essential skills: customer oriented, good communication and relationship skills, motivated, flexible and self management capabilities
