Job description:
- In charge of mass production and prototype production process at the US and Canada sites
- Focal point and coordinator between the US sales office and the Operation team for logistics and fulfillment aspects
- Focal point and coordinator between company’s departments to the US subcontractors
- In charge of all technical issues on production line- Onsite technical expert
- Leading improvements process and yield control with engineering and Q.A departments
- Location – west coast
- Reporting to VP Operation
Job requirements:
- Academic degree in Mechanical\Industrial engineering
- Experience in managing Mass production activities
- Experience in managing Logistics and distribution activities (transportation, stock control, warehousing and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials)
- “Team player”- know how to work in a group
- Creative, “Out Of Box” thinking, Multi-tasking. Self-motivated, self-maintained and able to take the initiative to solve problems
