SolarEdge 2024 Yield Advantage Campaign – Terms and Conditions
By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions:

General
To promote SolarEdge systems in Australia we are introducing the “SolarEdge 2024 Yield Advantage Campaign” (the “Campaign”). Subject to the Terms and Conditions provided hereinafter, SolarEdge will provide gift cards to qualified Australian installers that shall meet the requirements set forth herein.
SolarEdge's decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding.

(the “Products” and the “Gift Card”, respectively)
The participant will have to meet all the following conditions within the Term of the Campaign to be entitled to a gift card:

Purchase SolarEdge’s Inverters, together with P Series Optimisers, from an authorized Australian distributor of SolarEdge within the term of the Campaign.

Install the Products as per SolarEdge design rules and technical requirements and connect the site to the SolarEdge Monitoring Portal. For the avoidance of doubt, the Products installed on the site must be actively connected to the SolarEdge Monitoring Platform; and
-
Submit a request form with the site number and product information to support the purchase and installation of the said products during the term of the Campaign. The request form is available at: https://marketing.solaredge.com/en-au/commercial-cashback-giftcard-offer-australia

If in SolarEdge's sole discretion, a participant breaches any of these terms and conditions, acts unlawfully, tampers or attempts to tamper with the Campaign, jeopardizes the fair and proper conduct of the Campaign, or acts improperly or unethically, SolarEdge reserves the right to disqualify any participant, and/or disqualify the request claim and, in such event, any entitlement for a gift card will be forfeited

Exclusion: The campaign does not apply to Products purchased directly from SolarEdge or sub-distributors of SolarEdge’s products.
3. Campaign Term
The Campaign will commence on 15 February 2024 and will end on 30 June 2024.

Participation

Only qualified Australian solar installers are allowed to enroll as participants as part of this Campaign.

For clarity, by participating in this Campaign the participants acknowledge that sites that participants were awarded with a gift card for under this Campaign will not be entitled to any other SolarEdge incentive program during the term of the Campaign

Provision of the gift cards

The gift card will be provided by a third-party provider (the “Gift Card Vendor”). SolarEdge shall inform eligible participants of the Gift Card Vendor’s procedure for receiving the gift card. In case of failure to follow this procedure, the participant’s gift card eligibility will not be valid

Once the eligibility to receive a gift card is confirmed by SolarEdge, at its sole discretion, SolarEdge will approve to Gift Cards Vendor to provide the participant with the applicable gift card within 90 days.

The gift card is per each site monitored and installed Products as defined in these Terms and Conditions

Participants shall be responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees, or any other costs related to receiving any gift card under this Campaign.

Liability

SolarEdge shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by participants as a result of participating in the Campaign, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant hereby releases SolarEdge from any claim, costs, damages, expenses, and losses that such participant may suffer or incur as a result of SolarEdge's action or inaction arising out of or in connection with this Campaign.

In no event shall SolarEdge be liable to a participant or the end-user of the Products for any special, consequential, punitive, incidental, or indirect damages, however, caused, including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill, use, or other economic advantages, however they arise, whether in breach of contract, breach of warranty, or in tort, including negligence, and even if SolarEdge has previously been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

SolarEdge reserves the right to extend/cancel/change this Campaign at its sole discretion without incurring any obligation to inform the participants.

Without derogating from the generality of the above, SolarEdge may terminate this Campaign or refuse to pay any gift card in any of the following events: (a) unremedied breach of these Terms and Conditions; or (b) where any bankruptcy, insolvency, liquidation, reorganization or similar proceedings are commenced with respect to a participant.

Upon termination of this Campaign for any of the events indicated above, SolarEdge will be released from any further obligations to a participant as part of this Campaign.

Privacy
Any information collected by SolarEdge for the purposes of these terms is held and used by SolarEdge subject to its privacy policy available at: https://www.solaredge.com/privacy-policy.

Governing Law
This Campaign will be exclusively governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive venue of the appropriate courts located in Tel Aviv. This Campaign is void where prohibited by law.
