Rachel Prishkolnik serves as Vice President General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for SolarEdge.

Prior to joining SolarEdge, Rachel served as the Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Gilat Satellite Networks ltd. (NASDAQ: GILT). At Gilat she held various positions beginning as legal counsel in 2001 and becoming the company’s Corporate Secretary in 2004 and VP, General Counsel  in 2007. Prior to Gilat, she worked at the law firm of Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro LLP in Los Angeles. Before that, Rachel worked at Kleinhendler & Halevy (currently Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co.,) in Tel Aviv.

Rachel holds an LLB law degree from the Faculty of Law at the Tel Aviv University and a Bachelors of Arts from Wesleyan University in Connecticut. She is licensed to practice law and is a member of the Israeli Bar.
