Mr. Ronen Faier joined SolarEdge on January 2011 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Faier brings to SolarEdge twelve years of experience in the field of financial management in a variety of NASDAQ traded and private companies.

Prior to joining SolarEdge,  Mr. Faier  served as the CFO of modu Ltd since June 2008. Between 2004 and 2007 Mr. Faier has held several senior finance positions including CFO at msystems (NSDQ: FLSH) until it was acquired by SanDisk Corp (NSDQ: SNDK) for $1.6B at the end of 2006 and served as the CFO of SanDisk Israel. During his service in msystems Mr. Faier acquired extensive M&A experience as well as involvement in NASDAQ public offerings, international taxation and large scale business transactions. Prior to joining msystems, Ronen served as Corporate Controller of Vocaltec communications Ltd (NSDQ: VOCL).

Mr. Faier holds a CPA (Israel) License since 1998, an MBA (with Honors) from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
