    The position repots to IT/IS Support Center Team Leader (NOC).

    The NOC team is working 24x7 on rotating shifts

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    ·      Monitoring network hardware and software to ensure the proper operations of routers, switches, firewalls, applications and remote technologies;

    ·      Monitoring of the networking and important production systems, providing first level support, troubleshooting and network diagnosis;

    ·      Server’s maintenance and general proactive approach for all environment;

    ·      Closely work with other SolarEdge production teams such as application, information etc. 

    ·      Alerting relevant teams and follow up on all cases progress.

     


     

    Job Requirements

     

    ·      A minimum of 12-18 months experience in a Technical Support, SysAdmin or similar role.

    ·      Must have good knowledge of computer operating systems, databases, networking technologies, Switches, Firewalls etc.

    ·      Personal skills: service oriented, reliable, independent, fast learner with problem solving skills, team player.

    ·      Capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritization of workload.

    ·      Excellent English (both spoken and written) – All work is conducted in English.


    Nice to have:

    ·      Relevant official certificate (MCSA/MCSE/CCNA etc.)

    ·      SQL knowledge

    ·      Linux Knowledge: red hat / Centos / Ubuntu Servers 

    ·      Scripting knowledge – python / java / powershell / PHP

     Senior Python Engineer

    In this position you will have a crucial impact on the team's architecture and products. The team will develop new Developer Tools that allow Embedded and Cloud SW Engineers to be more productive in their day-to-day work. The technological stack will be Python (FastAPI) in the backend. The infrastructure will use Kafka, Cassandra, and MySQL, and all your microservices will be deployed to Kubernetes using a fully automated CI/CD pipeline.

     Since these tools are aimed at Embedded Engineers (working in C) and Cloud SW Engineers (working in Java and C#), you will get a chance to interact with many teams in the organization and have a broad influence on the organization's velocity.

     We are looking for a strong Python developer with experience in building web applications at the highest standards. The job requires a deep understating of the technological stack - all the way from an embedded device to a cloud application.


     Responsibilities:

    • Help designing the team's architecture from the ground up, and then build it
    • Work with Embedded and Cloud developers across SolarEdge to understand their pain-points, and design new tools to solve these pain-points
    • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle, from architecture to coding the solution

    Job Requirements

    • Graduate from a leading university.
    • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
    • 4 years in SW engineering, with at least 2 in Python. We expect you to be a Python expert and developer, promoting best practices and setting a high standard for the entire team.

    On this position you will write QA Automation tests for a complex application. For testing you will use stat-of-the-art technology stack including TypeScript, React, Cypress and TestRail. You will develop End-To-End testing infrastructure and collaborate with strong team of developers and QA professionals.


    Key Responsibilities

    ·      Develop automated tests for various types of testing: usability, functional and regression

    ·      Execute/analyze test cases, document software defects and track them through resolution

    ·      Ensure that all tests are executed and give regular feedback to the team lead on status of quality

    ·      Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team
