    Solaredge is looking for a committed, flexible, performance-oriented and self-responsible reinforcement in the field of Technical Marketing Manager to join our Spanish team. As a specialist in Technical Marketing, you will work directly with the Sales Team and customers and will be the first point of contact for technical questions for our customers and for organizational interfaces regarding technical questions. You will be part of the Global Product management team and represent the Spanish market requirements for new products, features and regulations. This requires a high level of flexibility, motivation and reliability.

    What will you do?

    • Point of contact for sales and direct customers for product-related questions
    • Suggest of technical solutions for product applications
    • Represent the Spanish market requirements for new products, features and regulations
    • Development, maintenance and further development of product-related training documents and training tools
    • Expansion and maintenance of contacts with energy suppliers and grid operators as well as industry committees
    • Development and implementation of structured qualification measures in sales (product training)
    • Conduct customer training via online tools or on-site support at the customer's site
    • Updating and revision of technical documentation
    • Collaboration in product and market-related competitor analyses
    • Support for product launches


    • A BA/BS in a related technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc.
    • Strong technical background in both Hardware and Software, preferably from Technical pre-sale or technical account management with strong capability of project management
    • Affinity to technical products and renewable energy - a must!
    • Confident handling of MS Office programs
    • Programming skills (VBA) are an advantage
    • Knowledge of Modbus interfaces and Modbus programming skills – a plus!
    • Fluent in written and spoken language in Spanish and English.
    • Independent and proactive working style, commitment, great communication skills
    • Fast learner, adaptive character type, team player
    • Willingness to travel (up to 40% of the time)
    • Home office based (preferable in Valencia)

    Solaredge is looking for an Inside Sales Representative:
    Responsible for outbound/inbound communications (phone & email) and contacting businesses and prospective/existing clients for the purpose of selling products. Conducts lead generation efforts to create and qualify leads and follows up on prospects.

    What will you be doing:

    • Cultivate and follow up on business leads.
    • Follow up on marketing campaigns
    • Obtains names and contact information of potential customers from sales team, inbound inquiries, and purchased lists.
    • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and/or services.
    • Works closely with distributors.
    • Schedule sales appointments for field sales representatives.
    • Inter-department communication – develops working relationships with other SolarEdge departments and takes the lead to resolve issues.
    • Consistently provides advanced, courteous and professional sales focused assistance to customers.
    • Meets activity based metrics.
    • Maintaining CRM database with leads and follow up as well as tracking revenue associated with leads.


    • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
    • Electrical Technical Degree, Renewable Energy Degree, a plus!
    • 1-3 years relevant experience in inside sales, promotions, telemarketing
    • Ability to reach the right person live – decision makers.
    • Knowledge of solar industry and related products/services is a plus
    • Ability to influence sales through telemarketing efforts
    • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal in Spanish and English, Portuguese will be appreciated
    • Proven track record in sales results from telemarketing experience
    • Organizad, details oriented
    • Demonstrates high energy, self-motivation and persistence
    • Experience working for an international organization – a plus!

    The product department in SolarEdge is responsible for overseeing the development of all new products. The team is in charge of implementing strategy, roadmap, and feature definitions for all of SolarEdge's product lines, hardware and software, throughout the entire product life cycle.

    We are seeking a self-motivated and problem-solver product manager to join our growing team.
    As a product manager at SolarEdge’s dynamic environment, you will be generating product requirements by identifying potential opportunities and conducting market research and analyses.
    You will own the product definition, introduction to the market, and product lifecycle. You will in-directly manage activities across multiple teams including R&D, engineering, operation, sales, and support.

    What will you be doing:

    • Manage the product life cycle from planning through research, development up to the launch of the product
    • Collect, prioritize and communicate product requirements and features for current/future products
    • Work closely with all departments to identify gaps and align all product efforts
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
    • Identify and resolve problems on time and gather information to conduct data-driven decisions and find potential alternative solutions
    • Quickly learn and solve unfamiliar customer technical & commercial issues
    • Utilize SolarEdge’s internal resources to analyze global solar installations and drive new offerings
    • Support the development of technical materials such as manuals, product presentations, training's to communicate product advantages and benefits etc.


    • B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
    • 3+ years of product management experience
    • 5+ years in a PV inverter vendor
    • Proven experience building organized, detail-oriented requirements and project plans
    • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities on a high paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, white-boarding and presentation
    • Self-organized, process-driven, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent English - Highly articulate and clear in both speaking and writing
    • Self-learning individual who reads constantly and loves to pass on their knowledge to others
    • Utility PV field experience and familiarity with PPC systems – Prefered.
    • Willing to work two weeks from home and two weeks from Israel.
