    Job Description

    Solaredge is looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy and hungry go-getter Sales Manager to join our outstanding Swiss team. On this role, you will be responsible for assessing different partner’s business and for developing successful sales strategies including negotiating supply agreements, providing product training, introduction of new products and managing day-to-day business. If you are hands-on energetic, highly motivated, a real team-player and driven person who is willing to roll up sleeves and do your best to guarantee the success of the company and help drive SolarEdge revenue and market share, this position is for you!

    What will you be doing?

    • Identify and close sales opportunities in the German speaking part of Switzerland
    • Develop and maintain relationships with solar distribution channels and strategic accounts
    • Actively pursue sales leads with installers, distributors and utility companies
    • Strengthen customers’ competencies with product trainings and workshops
    • Review sales results to ensure targets are being met; take corrective action where required
    • Establish and nurture the relationship with project developers, planners and investors at all levels
    • Maintain accurate and up to date customer records in the company CRM system
    • Assist the product management to define and improve the product portfolio for use in the Swiss market
    • Provide input regarding marketing and product positioning strategies specific to the territory
    • Successfully execute our brand and messaging strategy
    • Attend tradeshows and conferences


    • Technical education or background in electrical/PV installations
    • Previous experience and network in the PV industry – a plus
    • Strong technical attitude with the ability to understand the customer needs
    • Experience in sales or project management is a benefit
    • Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships
    • A distinct customer service focus
    • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience working for an international organization – not a must
    • Fluent in German and English – a must
