    What will you be doing?

    • Providing customer support over CRM and phone
    • Make sure every call is documented
    • Make sure every FA/RCA unit case is returned
    • Solving technical issues based on RTmon/monitoring permission level
    • Collecting data for new HW/SW issues
    • Reporting of Technical issues
    • Escalate cases to RnD via CRM system (new RnD CRM called JIRAFA)
    • Escalate cases to FSE (for technical cases)
    • Managing SPN trainings
    • Getting training materials from HQ
    • Knowledge content input


    Requirements

    • Technical engineering background
    • Working experience as 2nd level engineer in a technical environment- minimum of 2 years
    • PV business experience: advantage
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Communication skills
    • IT knowledge
    • Profound & solid technical knowledge
    • English speaker

  • Technical Service Representative - Tier 1×

    What will you be doing?

    • Answer inbound calls and e-mails from customers and contractors in a prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous manner documenting all information into call tracking system
    • Provide support in the troubleshooting and diagnosis of grid tie solar inverter issues encountered in the installation and start up products by using general knowledge, product schematics, data stored in knowledgebase, and other sources of information available.
    • Work together with operations to validate the authorization to release parts needed to solve problems encountered by customers and contractors.
    • Provide updates to knowledge database used by other technical support representatives with new troubleshooting information discovered in the resolution of customer calls.
    • Manage the monitoring database of customer installations.
    • Document all activity in ticketing system and other database software platforms.
    • Create layouts on the monitoring site at customer’s request


    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in professional customer service and in technical helpline or remote support.
    • Basic understanding of IP network technology.
    • Experience with solar electric products.
    • Exceptional listening and questioning skills.
    • Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working for an international organization is preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/keep working relationships with customers, peers and managers.
    • General understanding of Microsoft Office products and utilize them efficiently while on the phone with a caller.

    Responsibilities:

    • Creating string designs for residential and commercial systems.
    • Handling design and technical questions
    • Handling questions about the monitoring portal
    • Provide training and explanations on how to use the SolarEdge design tool, setapp, site mapper
    • Follow-up projects, during all phases of the installation, from design/ installation / commissioning/ and checking systems functionality after commissioning to ensure correct operation (remotely or on location).
    • Coordinate site visits for technical support in coordination with Support Manager during the installation phase and system commissioning, including: - Explanation and training on how to mount SolarEdge inverters and optimizers. - Explanation and training of the SolarEdge technology on location.
    • Become a technical expert in the field of SolarEdge products, problem solving and the commissioning process.
    • Maintaining the level of knowledge of all updates, changes, problems and solutions of the residential and commercial product range.
    • Advising installers regarding the AC and DC installation associated with PV systems, including StorEdge, EVSE and Smart Energy systems


    Requirements:

    • Completed electrical engineering training at technical education level
    • Experience in both residential/ ( large ) commercial systems is a preffered
    • Being able to independently elaborate and advise the AC and DC part of large solar systems
    • Having knowledge and maintenance of appropriate  PN-EN / SEP regulations regarding AC and DC installations
    • reading electrical diagrams
    • knowledge of the basics of electrical metrology is preffered
    • SEP qualifications up to 1kV
    • Experience with MS Office (like Excel and Powerpoint)
    • Experience with Autocad
    • Strong interpersonal / communication skills
    • Be able to easily adapt when tasks change and in changing working conditions
    • Ability to learn quickly and independently
    • Self-motivated with the ability to perform multiple assignments
