Technical Service Engineer- VIP

Location:  Antwerp,Belgium



  • Increase customer service satisfaction in Belgium
  • Work in close collaboration with Sales, FSE’s, Global Service Center and Benelux Service Center
  • Managing support escalation from Sales
  • Providing Support to customers remotely through CRM and over the phone
  • Providing technical trainings to installers if required
  • Manage service partner network



  • Education- Technical engineering background
  • At least 2 years’ experience as 2cnd level engineer in a technical environment
  • Experience with Photovoltaic systems- an advantage
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Communication skills
  • Self-contained and self-organized working style
  • Profound & solid technical knowledge of PV systems
  • IT knowledge
  • Languages(must): English, French, Dutch
