SolarEdge is a leading global leader in the production of smart energy solutions. The company's wide range of products includes smart inverter and storage systems, a revolutionary EV charger, and by doing so we are changing the way electricity is produced.
SolarEdge ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) group is developing high-volume production line hardware-based testers. end-of-line product assembly. SolarEdge's testers are developed in-house, including hardware, mechanics, and software.
We are looking for a talented individual to join the dynamic & unique core technology / ATE team and drive SolarEdge's productivity!
We are looking for a hands-on Software team leader for the ATE group, who has experience in developing & maintaining high-performing, scalable applications. the ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-delivery environment, and equally capable of designing complex yet efficient solutions to meet end-user requirements.as well as working with factory production line and provide fast and efficient support worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development in .Net of a SW team in ATE Software department.
- Leading multi-tasks projects.
- Excellent debugging skills
- Take part in design and planning work of big scale projects.
- Define and communicate technical and design requirements
- 50% HO: Software Development of automates tests, drivers, protocols
- Work in Agile methodology, scrum.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science - compulsory
- 4-5 years of experience as a .Net developer – required
- 1+ year as a Software team leader – required
- Experience in iIoT – an advantage
- Working with micro-services and multi-procedure environments – an advantage
- Working with hardware devices and different communication protocols (TCP,RS232, CanBus..) - required
- Familiarity with factory production processes - advantage
- Great interpersonal skills, hard worker, team player, attention to detail, have a desire for good and simple design and works independently
