We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our recruiting team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support our recruiting team and will bring massive value to all hiring funnel.
What will you be doing:
- Scheduling interviews.
- Maintain daily interaction with candidates for SolarEdge's positions (Especially R&D)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets
- Maintain daily interaction with recruiters & hiring managers
Requirements:
- BA/MA in relevant disciplines.
- Proven experience in phone interviews and working under pressure - advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Team player & 'Can Do' approach.
