SolarEdge is seeking for a motivated CRM Student

SolarEdge is a top global leader, manufacturing smart energy solutions. The company's broad range of products encompasses intelligent inverter and storage systems, revolutionary EV chargers, and by doing that, we are changing the way electricity is being produced.

The CRM Team is responsible of a Suite CRM platform along with multiple other applications (JIRA, LMS, Online Chat and SharePoint), we provide an ongoing support to SolarEdge users worldwide, implement new processes, manage periodic releases, build reports, create interfaces, writing requirement documents, leading IS projects and a lot more!

The position of CRM Student will involve being in charge of ongoing support for users from all over the world, releases implementation, QA, major projects and interfaces within the Suite CRM Team along with other systems, collaboration with other IS teams and departments, build business processes, reports, workflows, requirement documents.

What you will be doing:

  • Administration and support of the CRM platform, including managing user setup, Roles, Reports & Dashboards, customization of Modules, fields, Record Types, page layout and Workflow Rules.
  • Providing administration and operational support and trainings to users from all regions
  • Monitor and improve data quality
  • Manage functional day to day activities, maintenance and build requirement documents

Requirements:

  • Industrial engineering student or equivalent with a specialty in Information systems in his/her third year of studying 
  • availability to work At least 3 days a week 
  • Excellent SQL knowledge
  • Team player, self-motivated and extremely detail-oriented with strong analysis skills
  • Technical understanding and ability to learn 
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong in written and verbal English
  • Experience with any CRM system/JIRA/SharePoint – advantage!
