Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order and dispatch of goods (Solar & UPSs)
  • Space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met
  • Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
  • Plan future capacity requirements in coordination with operation and project managers
  • Coordinate planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
  • Coordinate maintenance and operation of warehouse and building
  • Implement warehouse and building health and safety requirements
  • Process RMA’s
  • Process stock takes
  • Coordinate the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary
  • Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis



  • Minimum 2 years in an administrative role, logistics administration preferred
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office
  • Experience using ERP software, Priority preferred
  • Forklift license preferred but not essential
  • Drivers license
