Job Description

Solaredge is a Global high tech Company, located in Herzeliya. We are looking for a Management Assistant to serve as the personal assistant for the company’s management.

The position includes ongoing work with the executive staff in a pressure environment which demands multitasking, high service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

What will you be doing in this position? 

  • Managing the management’s calendars
  • Coordination of business trips and agendas
  • Managing external visits and guests to the company
  • Administrative Services
  • Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met
  • Assist the administration team with team tasks


  • Experience in administration field. 
  • High level English
  • Excellent Office skills
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly, out of the box thinking and multi- tasking
  • Ability to work Full time job (include over time)
  • It would be great advantage if you:
  • Experience in a similar position in high tech companies
  • Academic Education
