FP&A – Inventory Control Analyst

Job Description

what will you be doing:

  • Calculate and analyze the inventory balances for monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Audit operational processes and compliance procedures
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies, operational challenges, and inter-company transfer issues
  • Recommend process changes or system enhancements based on findings
  • Work with diverse role-players within the organization on root cause analysis and solution development
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis according to requirements


  • B.A. in Economics / Business Administration or Industrial Engineering- Must
  • 2-4 years of experience as an FP&A in a global industrial company - Must
  • Experience with inventory control - Advantage
  • Expert Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Priority ERP system - Advantage
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
