CRM Implementer

Job Description

SolarEdge is looking for a CRM Implementer to join our amazing team!

The CRM Team is responsible of a Suite CRM platform along with multiple other applications (JIRA, LMS, Online Chat and SharePoint), we provide an ongoing support to SolarEdge users worldwide, implement new processes, manage periodic releases, build reports, create interfaces, writing requirement documents, leading IS projects and a lot more!

The position of CRM Implementer will involve being in charge of major processes and interfaces within the Suite CRM Team and other systems, collaboration with other IS teams and departments, build business processes, reports, workflows, requirement documents and support our users from all over the world.

What you will be doing:

  • Administration and support of the CRM, JIRA and other platforms, including managing user setup, Roles, Reports & Dashboards, customization of Modules, fields, Record Types, page layout and Workflow Rules.
  • Providing support and trainings to users from all regions
  • Monitor and improve data quality
  • Manage functional day to day activities, maintenance and build requirement documents
  • Customize new requests, working with internal customers and development team

Requirements:

  • BSc. In industrial Engineering/Information Systems or equivalent-Must
  • Proficient in writing SQL statements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with any CRM system
  • Team player, self-motivated and extremely detail-oriented with strong analysis skills
  • Technical understanding and ability to learn 
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong in written and verbal English
  • Experience as a JIRA administrator – advantage!
  • Experience as a SharePoint administrator – advantage!
