Bookkeeper-Temporary Position

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our finance team and be a part of our day-to-day work and the periodic reports closing process (monthly/quarterly/yearly) 

What will you be doing:

  • Recording A/P invoices and Verify that transactions are recorded correctly (date, amount, account, budget item) and match purchase orders
  • Pay vendor invoices (local and foreign vendors)
  • Maintain accurate and reconciled ledgers
  • Track bank account balances and perform bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
  • Prepare and submit monthly VAT reports
  • Review and record employees’ reimbursement expenses

Job Requirements

  • Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2 or higher)
  • At least 3 year of proven bookkeeping experience. High tech company – a must
  • Extensive Priority skills – a must
  • High MS Office Proficiency (especially Excel)
  • High level of English (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently in accordance with established policies and regulations
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Service orientation
  • Residence in north Israel – an advantage
