For the SolarEdge Recruitment team, we are looking for a top notch technological Talent acquisition specialist, who will be a part of a global team and will work on a variety of profiles.

What will you be doing:

  • Full life-cycle recruiting: Managing an entire recruitment process end to end, from the position definition till onboarding
  • Partnering directly with hiring managers to understand their teams hiring needs and team dynamics.
  • Source talent through deep internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, employee and candidate referrals.
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
  • Manage candidates in process and provide them with a standout talent experience.
  • Creating, managing, and improving recruiting processes


Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in high tech companies
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments
  • Experience in recruiting for Sales & Marketing positions – an advantage
  • Experience in managing an End to End process
  • Experience in developing, construction and using various sourcing tools and developing candidates pipeline
  • The position fits candidates with high innovation and creativity skills in sourcing and recruitment.

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)--experience with Comeet - a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong English written/verbal communication skills
