What will you be doing:
- Full life-cycle recruiting: Managing an entire recruitment process end to end, from the position definition till onboarding
- Partnering directly with hiring managers to understand their teams hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Source talent through deep internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, employee and candidate referrals.
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
- Manage candidates in process and provide them with a standout talent experience.
- Creating, managing, and improving recruiting processes
- 2-4 years of experience in high tech companies
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments
- Experience in recruiting for Sales & Marketing positions – an advantage
- Experience in managing an End to End process
- Experience in developing, construction and using various sourcing tools and developing candidates pipeline
- The position fits candidates with high innovation and creativity skills in sourcing and recruitment.

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)--experience with Comeet - a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong English written/verbal communication skills
