In this role you will be part of a growing sales team, selling technical solution for the UPS commercial market in Israel
- Identify and manage opportunities, from opening through closure, in accordance with company strategy and business objectives.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives.
- Manage pipeline and forecast for own accounts
- Communicate weekly/monthly progress reports on accounts, projects and opportunities, in line with defined targets.
- Make annual plan for own accounts
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Collaborates with sales team members in the territory, to acquire new clients and enhance client relationships.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. Works with internal facilitators to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Successful account management experience of 4 years or more with clients in the territory ; experience in power or control solutions is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
