Management Assistant

Job Description

SolarEdge is a top global leader in smart energy technology. SolarEdge's broad range of products encompasses intelligent & efficient conversion systems, EV chargers, smart energy solutions, monitoring platform and more.

We are looking for a Management Assistant to serve as a personal assistant for the company’s management.

What will you be doing:

  • Ongoing work with the executive staff in a pressure environment
  • Managing the management’s calendars
  • Coordination of business trips and agendas
  • Managing external visits and guests to the company
  • Front desk tasks and administrative services
  • Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met
  • Assist the administration team with team tasks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position in high tech companies -Must
  • High level English, reading, writing and speaking
  • Excellent Office skills
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly, out of the box thinking and multi- tasking
  • Academic Education – advantage
  • Full time job with availability for additional hours
