This position reports to the Quality Director and is responsible to manage, develop and support the local Quality Control team on a daily basis supporting the operation and ensuring quality controls in our process and products representing a key role in the continuous improvement of the area.

    What will you be doing:

    • Lead the Quality Control team divided into shifts and all other resources of this positions
    • Standardized and unified the reports of the Quality Control team in different shifts
    • To obtain the general info from the Quality Control team, analyze and define conclusions and actions for solving and improving different challenges.
    • Share information/reporting with critical players inside of the organization on-time and systemically.
    • Lead and coordinate the execution of activities related to continuous improvement with the WC team aligned to the instructions and guides defined together with the engineering and management team.

    We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team located in Guadalajara, Mexico. This position reports to the Quality Control Coordinator and is responsible to monitor & analyze on a daily basis all the images generated through different automatic inspection systems, cataloging defects, provide feedback to the system, create monitoring and alerts for defects detection, and training other inspectors regarding the opportunities detected.

    Job Requirements

    What will you be doing:

    • Analyze images of different automatic inspection systems and make decisions vs a standardized image according to our product quality standard.
    • Training rather people regarding the proper observation methodology and image analysis.
    • Teach and provide system to our system regarding the quality standard require thought the images.
    • To generate catalog defects through the system
    • To generate systemic alerts regarding defects detected.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to teach others with a defined methodology
    • Technical career or high school with technical specialization

    NPI projects support:

    • Get and check the NPI plan in advance to verify and push for readiness.
    • Collaborate with HQ teams to find and fix problems during the batch.
    • After batch, summarize test-related issues and follow up with non-fixed issues. Get prepared for next batch.

    Inner ATE communication:

    • Communicate with HQ teams to ensure the latest update is implemented in CM both from HW and SW wise.
    • Timely support to HQ teams for local support requirements.
    • Timely report and escalate the critical non-fixed issues to HQ teams and follow up.

    Production FPY monitoring & improvement:

    • Local team to check daily FPY and send daily test reports.
    • Follow up with yield-hit test issues and push till closed.
    • Report yield-hit non-test issues to the operation and QnR team to push for improvement.

    Tester maintenance:

    • Check FPY daily and find out maintenance-related issues.
    • Fix online the tester issues timely.
    • Push CM TE team to follow maintenance instructions to improve tester maintenance.
    • Perform maintenance audit monthly with CM TE team.

    Cross Sites Support:

    • Support to approve and send testers to other sites to help with production expansion.
    • Collaborate and share data and help other sites “off-hours”, including traveling to other countries.


    Job Requirements

    We are looking for a Sr. Process Technology Engineer to join our team located in Guadalajara, Mexico. This position reports to the Director of operations.

    The Sr. Process Technology Eng. is required to be an expert in more than 1 process area. This individual will be able to provide DFM and NPI support. They will have the ability to handle multiple products and provide expert advice. In addition, this individual must be able to lead technical issues and resolve them with technical, design, and statistical analysis.

    Sr. Process Technology Eng. is responsible for the implementation, support, training, and troubleshooting of the process being assigned in their facility. This position is assigned to an individual who has extensive experience with the process and is already considered to be the “Specialist” of the process. This individual is responsible for ensuring excellence in the assigned manufacturing process, They will provide expert advice when there is an urgent need due to high defect rates and ensure that the process (that is the responsibility of the SME) is well in control and delivering the highest possible yields.

    What will you be doing:

    • Serve as the functional expert for manufacturing area assigned, SMT, Wave Solder process, etc
    • Support other Engineers with questions that may arise and help resolve them.
    • Coordinate and facilitate training for the plant in terms of new hires, new functionality, and upgrades.
    • Track and communicate all changes/enhancements to existing processes, including upgrades to process.
    • Provide support to the users and the department SME’s.
    • Ensuring the established process is followed diligently

    What will you be doing:

    • Part of the NPI global team in matrix management Work with Global Engineering team to study the product, transfer the product to the site, manage the project gantt and action tracking on site. 
    • Focal point to coordinate action on product between company department – R&D, Quality, Ops etc.
    • Ensure all products are manufactured according to specifications, safety, and quality standards in most efficient manner.

    The Material Planner team ensures row material availability to support production plan in all sites with minimum stock levels 

     

    As a Material Planner you will support production plan with material, including new product implementation (NPI) and work with various teams in SolarEdge operation division (Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing...) 

    We are looking for a self-motivated, independent employee to join the team 

    What you will be doing:

    ·        Schedule the supply of materials to meet production requirements with minimum stock levels

    ·        Day-to-day PR/PO management including expedite Pos and push out when needed

    ·        Take actions in relation to material shortages that affect production

    ·        Minimize obsolete stock and follow up on DEVs
