Field Service Coordinator

What will you be doing

  • Providing support over the phone and CRM to SolarEdge technicians for support handling, logistics, spares and priorities.
  • Coordinate technicians visits to SolarEdge customers in coordination with service partners and coordinate gaps and escalations from customers.
  • Make sure every technician’s report is documented in the system
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Deal with customers regarding technicians visit arrangement or issues
  • Follow support workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks
  • Updating relevant inventory systems and files
  • Verify replacements in monitoring portal
  • Prioritize site visits per Sales\ Call-Center\ Customer care requirements.


  • Bachelor degree, business admin or similar.
  • 1-3 years of experience as support coordinator, project management or in a similar role
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (Excel, CRM, etc.)
  • Experience working as a "Back office” for logistics, supply chain or filed services – an advantage
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
  • PV Solar experience – an advantage!
  • Service orientation, agility and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
