Field Service Technician

Responsibilities:
 

  • Providing customer support on site and supporting the Field Service Engineer activities.
  • Travelling to sites with Field Service Engineer and
    • Fixing/replacing/installing inverters
    • Fixing/replacing/installing internal boards
    • Fixing/replacing/installing optimizers
    • Fixing/installing communication
    • Fixing/installing SE accessories (CCG/sensors/meters/etc.)
  • Generation of visit reports and administration of replacements done
  • Maintaining of FSE stock of inverters, optimizers, boards and accessories
  • Support regular inventory countssbhku

 

Requirements:
 

  • Education- technical background
  • At least 2 years of experience as Field Service Technician in investments good industry
    • PV industry- an advantage
  • Willingness for national and international travel
  • Communication skills
  • Flexibility
  • Self-contained and self-organized working style
  • Working in heights license (VCA basis)
  • Profound technical knowledge
