Technical Service Representative - Tier 2

Job Description

SolarEdge is a top global leader, manufacturing smart energy solutions. The company's broad range of products encompasses intelligent inverter and storage systems and revolutionary EV chargers; by doing that, we are changing the way electricity is being produced and consumed around the world.

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Technical Service team as Tier 2 representative.

**Based in Katowice**

What will you be doing:

  • Providing customer support over CRM and phone
  • Make sure every call is documented
  • Make sure every FA/RCA unit case is returned
  • Solving technical issues based on RTmon/monitoring permission level
  • Collecting data for new HW/SW issues
  • Reporting of Technical issues
  • Escalate cases to RnD via CRM system (new RnD CRM called JIRAFA)
  • Escalate cases to FSE (for technical cases)
  • Managing SPN trainings
  • Getting training materials from HQ
  • Knowledge content input


Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering- a must
  • Working experience as 2nd level engineer in a technical environment- minimum of 2 years
  • PV business experience: advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Communication skills
  • IT knowledge
  • Profound & solid technical knowledge
  • Fluent Polish speaker and good communication skills in English- a must
