We are looking for an Inside Sales Channel to join our team!
What will you be doing?
Managing orders internally (PO, Order Confirmation, Pickup Date, Shipping status) liaising with Sales Operations and Logistics and updating distributors on the order status.
Organizing and providing data, reports, and general back office support to the Sales Team.
Responding to distributor order queries in cooperation with Channel Manager and Head of Sales.
Issuing yearly contracts with distributors and tracking quarterly and yearly targets.
Checking compliance of invoices issued by HQ to regional regulation.
Monitoring distributors’ credit lines liaising with Finance Department to guarantee the order fulfillment.
Occasional visits to distributors with Channel Manager or attending local exhibitions.
Previous experience working in a similar position in a multinational company.
Highly motivated, works well under pressure, organized and proactive in leading projects.
Proven ability to take a personalized, solution-based approach to customer needs and to meet deadlines.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills to establish a positive relationship with customers as well as your Team and colleagues.
Native Spanish speaker and advanced level of English both in writing and speaking.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft applications.
