- Log in using your SolarEdge monitoring platform username and password.
- If you do not have an account contact your installer to set up an account for you.
- Without an account, you will only be able to access basic offline capabilities, such as viewing status and communication configuration.
- The app does not have a desktop version, if you wish to monitor your system on your desktop please do so through the SolarEdge monitoring web portal.
