    What Will You Be Doing

    • Plan and schedule production based on given forecast.
    • Monitor and validate material availability of upcoming production.
    • Follow up the ECO/DEV/BOM structure with CM.
    • Monitor production output against the schedule to achieve schedule adherence goals.
    • Monitor the inventory/WIP level.
    • Coordinate the production process and update the weekly production plan according to material avail.
    • Meet production schedule.
    • Manage expedites and prioritize schedule.
    • Issue production monthly/weekly/daily plan.
    • Report management

    Requirements

    • College degree or above.
    • Min. 2 years of planning or related experience in high volume manufacturing environment.
    • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem solving abilities.
    • Strong ability to adapt, learn, logical thinking.
    • Adequate English skill.

    What you will be doing:

    • Participate in analysis and resolution of malfunctions
    • Suggest and implement improvements to increase line efficiency and to decrease downtime
    • Participate in maintenance, configuration, and operation of the production lines

    Requirements:

    • Technical qualification (Mechatronics or Electronics field preferred)

    Job Description

    Solaredge is looking for an experienced Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer. In this position, you will be involved in debug of Solaredge products at production line. As Solaredge puts high value on providing best in class product quality and reliability, you will play an important role in achieving this goal. You will be required to conduct failure analysis of failures in production line and determine the root cause and define corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. 

    What you will be doing:

    • Lead failure analysis processes at contract manufacturers premises
    • Determine the root cause for failures under investigation and implement corrective actions

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc. in electrical engineering from University.

    Supplier quality engineer is manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics specialist who play a central role in assessing supplier quality and ensuring that products received are free of defects. Supplier quality engineer communicate between senior management and suppliers to address and resolve quality issues, providing technical input and guidance on process enhancements and improvements. Supplier quality engineer spend a significant amount of time visiting supplier facilities to assess their practices and procedures and identify areas for improvement. In addition, he/she conduct rigorous tests of received supplies to identify potential areas of failure or recurring manufacturing defects.


    What will you be doing

    Requirements

    •  Five years professional experience at least 3 of them as SQE for big international organization
    • Statistical analysis –need strong statistical analysis skills, and should be able to rigorously assess and analyze supplier or vendor data along with internal metrics
    • Technical skills and knowledge – this is a highly technical role, requiring thorough knowledge of technical elements of manufacturing and engineering, and the ability to identify flaws in processes or products in following areas: Metals, Plastics, Elastomers in the following technologies: Die Casting, Extrusion, Metal Forming, Deep Drawing, Metal Stamping, Inserts, machining, Polishing, Molding, Welding. Surface preparations, treatments, painting and coating.
    • Quality assurance skills – experience with quality assurance is also a necessity in this role, as supplier quality engineers need to inspect products and manufacturing environments to identify potential issues
    • Auditor certification and experience, VDA 6.3/IATF 16949 Certification is an advantage.
    • Manufacturing and engineering skills –should be knowledgeable about manufacturing processes and engineering principles in order to make informed judgments and recommendations
    • Experience with drawings tools and test equipments
    • Communication skills –need excellent written and verbal communication skills in english to serve as liaisons between companies and suppliers and prepare quality assurance reports
    • Selfmotivated and task oriented, commited to Quality, Yield and Production throughput improvements
    • Good computing skills
    • Willingness of travel (approx. 3 weeks per month)


  • Quality Engineer - AOI Specialist×

    Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated AOI Engineer to join our Quality team. In this position, you will be responsible for vision systems in production. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as a keen attention to detail.


    What will you be doing:

    • Manage AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) tool
    • Develop AOI (recipe and techniques, has work experience in SPC, and 7QC tools)
    • Generate yield loss report for detection in the automated optical tools
    • Coordinate with Process Engineering team for real time feedback of defect rate
    • Analyze SPC charts for bump characteristics
    • Production line support for AOI and Metrology related issues
    • Manage calibration and maintenance of AOI
    • The Employee may be assigned with other duties deemed appropriate by the Company

     

     Requirements:

    • Education: BSc in Engineering
    • At least 2 years experience in multidisciplinary electronic manufacturing in a similar position
    • Understanding of Electronic production process: SMT, Solder Wave, manual soldering, Mechanical assembly
    • Keen to learn new technologies
    • Self-motivated and task oriented, committed to Quality, Yield and Production throughput improvements
    • Good computing skills
    • Good verbal and writing English skills
