    What will you be doing

    • Support for translations – you need to love working with words, this will take quite a lot of time
    • Administration and coordination using newest marketing tools – e.g. HubSpot, cloud solutions
    • Fulfillment support for co-marketing activities – we have a list of business partners we collaborate with
    • Support for online marketing activities, such as the creation of newsletters and social media posts
    • Coordination and creation of marketing assets; flyers, brochures, SM banners
    • Support for local marketing managers in organising and running local exhibitions, trade fairs,
    • events, training courses and road shows
    • Support of channel partners with local exhibitions and events
    • Support for HQ marketing in Tel Aviv (Israel) in the organization of major trade fairs taking place in Europe
    • Support in the organisation and implementation of marketing products
    • Providing administrative support and performing other duties as assigned

We are looking for a committed, flexible, performance-oriented and self-responsible reinforcement in the field of Technical Marketing Manager to join our Poland team.

    As a specialist in Technical Marketing, you will work directly with the Sales Team and customers and will be the first point of contact for technical questions for our customers and organizational interfaces regarding technical questions. You will be part of the Global Product management team and represent the Polish market requirements for new products, features and regulations. This requires a high level of flexibility, motivation and reliability.


    What will you be doing:

    •  Point of contact for sales and direct customers for product-related questions
    • Suggest technical solutions for product applications
    • Represent the Polish market requirements for new products, features and regulations
    • Development, maintenance and further development of product-related training documents and training tools
    • Expansion and maintenance of contacts with energy suppliers and grid operators as well as industry committees
    • Development and implementation of structured qualification measures in sales (product training)
    • Conduct customer training via online tools or on-site support at the customer's site
    • Updating and revision of technical documentation
    • Collaboration in product and market-related competitor analyses
    • Support for product launches


    Requirements:

    • BA/BSc in a related technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc.
    • Strong technical background in both Hardware and Software, preferably from Technical pre-sale or technical account management with strong capability in project management
    • Affinity to technical products and renewable energy - a must!
    • Confident handling of MS Office programs
    • Programming skills (VBA) are an advantage
    • Knowledge of Modbus interfaces and Modbus programming skills – a plus!
    • Fluent in written and spoken language in Polish and English.
    • Independent and proactive working style, commitment, great communication skills
    • Fast learner, adaptive character type, team player
    • Willingness to travel (up to 40% of the time)

    We are looking for Technical Service Representative for a unique and dynamic position.

    What will you be doing?

    • Answer inbound calls and e-mails from customers and contractors in a prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous manner documenting all information into call tracking system
    • Provide support in the troubleshooting and diagnosis of grid tie solar inverter issues encountered in the installation and start up products by using general knowledge, product schematics, data stored in knowledgebase, and other sources of information available.
    • Work together with operations to validate the authorization to release parts needed to solve problems encountered by customers and contractors.
    • Provide updates to knowledge database used by other technical support representatives with new troubleshooting information discovered in the resolution of customer calls.
    • Manage the monitoring database of customer installations.
    • Document all activity in ticketing system and other database software platforms.
    • Create layouts on the monitoring site at customer’s request


    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in professional customer service and in technical helpline or remote support.
    • Basic understanding of IP network technology.
    • Experience with solar electric products.
    • Exceptional listening and questioning skills.
    • Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working for an international organization is preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/keep working relationships with customers, peers and managers.
    • General understanding of Microsoft Office products and utilize them efficiently while on the phone with a caller.

  • Technical Service Representative - Tier 2×

    Job Description

    We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Technical Service team as Tier 2 representative.

    What will you be doing:

    • Providing customer support over CRM and phone
    • Make sure every call is documented
    • Make sure every FA/RCA unit case is returned
    • Solving technical issues based on RTmon/monitoring permission level
    • Collecting data for new HW/SW issues
    • Reporting of Technical issues
    • Escalate cases to RnD via CRM system (new RnD CRM called JIRAFA)
    • Escalate cases to FSE (for technical cases)
    • Managing SPN trainings
    • Getting training materials from HQ
    • Knowledge content input


    Requirements:

    • Technical engineering background
    • Working experience as 2nd level engineer in a technical environment- minimum of 2 years
    • PV business experience: advantage
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Communication skills
    • IT knowledge
    • Profound & solid technical knowledge
    • Fluent Polish speaker and good communication skills in English- a must
