    What will you be doing:

    • Establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our marketplace

    Requirements:

    • Understanding of Energy management System (EMS) applications
    • Knowledge in hardware, embedded firmware and mechanical systems in the renewable space

    Job Description

    As part of the Strategy team, there is a new team being build, focusing on M&A, strategic partnerships and general strategy execution. The new (Sr.) Director will lead partnership development activities for the European geographies, which can regularly include global opportunities (Global automotive companies from Europe). 

    The role & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Building strategic partnerships with OEMs, Agriculture companies and other major companies that will make “sector coupling” happen
    • Project Management of projects resulting out of strategic partnership agreements (e.g. delivering a smart & renewable energy ecosystem in a joint go to market with a major OEM)

    Your profile

    Committed and responsible personality with a completed electrotechnical education (professional experience in service, customer service or maintenance is an advantage) or a subject-specific, completed degree

    • You have a high affinity for photovoltaics – an advantage
    • You are communicative and like to make phone calls and master the rules of e-mail communication
    • You speak confidently and situationally, but are always friendly with customers, employees, and partners
    • You have mastered all common Microsoft Office products and can use them safely
    • You have a good command of both German and English
