      • Fixing/installing SE accessories (CCG/sensors/meters/etc.)
    • Generation of visit reports
    • Maintaining of FSE stock of inverters, optimizers, boards and accessories
    • Regular Inventory counts
    • Providing technical trainings to installers

     

    Requirements:
     

    • At least 2 years of experience as Field Service Engineer in investments goods, PV industry- advantage
    • Education -Technical engineering background
    • Willingness for national and international travel
    • Communication skills
    • Flexibility
    • Self-contained and self-organized working style
    • Working in heights license
    • Profound technical knowledge

      • printplaten te repareren/vervangen/installeren

      • SolarEdge accessoires (CCG, sensoren, meters etc.) te repareren/installeren
    • Stelt bezoekverslagen op en houdt uitgevoerde vervangingen bij
    • Houdt de service- en onderhoudsvoorraad van omvormers, power optimizers, printplaten en accessoires bij
    • Werkt mee aan regelmatige voorraadtellingen
    • Rapporteert aan: Proactive Service Team Leader

     

    Gevraagde eigenschappen:
     

    • Technische achtergrond 
    • Minimaal 2 jaar in een vergelijkbare functie in de investeringsgoederenindustrie
      • Ervaring in de PV-sector is een pluspunt
    • Bereidheid om te reizen, nationaal en internationaal

    We are looking for an Inside Sales professional that will be responsible for lead generation and to follow up and maintain long term relationship with the existing customers. Your main areas of responsibility are to initiate outbound/inbound communications (via phone & email) and reaching-out and contacting prospective & existing clients to increase the sales of SolarEdge products. You will be joining a successful and growing sales team.

    What will you be doing?

    • Proactively approach customers by telephone aiming to increasing customer satisfaction
    • Conducting high-quality conversations with your customers and knowing how to achieve tangible commercial results
    • Understand the goals and expectations of customers and convert into commercial opportunities
    • Various relationship management activities (training, sharing materials etc)
    • Generating and contacting new leads / prospects
    • Collecting and analyzing market information and sharing it with the sales team


    Requirements

    • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in similar roles (customer service or call center)
    • Familiar with solar industry – an advantage!
    • Ability to identify and persuade new accounts while maintaining existing relationships
    • Work effectively in an enterprising, complex and fast-growing environment
    • Demonstrate high energy, self-motivation and persistence

    Responsibilities:
     

    • Creating string designs for residential and commercial systems.
    • Handling design and technical questions
    • Handling questions about the monitoring portal
    • Provide training and explanations on how to use the SolarEdge design tool, setapp, site mapper
    • Follow-up projects, during all phases of the installation, from design/ installation / commissioning/ and checking systems functionality after commissioning to ensure correct operation (remotely or on location).
    • Coordinate site visits for technical support during the installation phase and system commissioning, including: - Explanation and training on how to mount SolarEdge inverters and optimizers. - Explanation and training of the SolarEdge technology on location.
    • Become a technical expert in the field of SolarEdge products, problem solving and the commissioning process.
    • Maintaining the level of knowledge of all updates, changes, problems and solutions of the residential and commercial product range.
    • Advising installers regarding the AC and DC installation associated with PV systems.

    • Experience with MS Office (like Excel and Powerpoint)
    • Experience with Autocad
    • Have or are willing to obtain a VCA certificate
