Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues (Domain, DNS, Cisco, Firewall...)
Primary support line for production line equipment (IT side)
Ensuring all system are operational and backed up
Document changes within the layout
Fluent in English
Previous experience in manufacturing environment – an advantage
Great communication skills, a team player
Great troubleshooting skills
Good knowledge of computer hardware and Windows OS’s; Linux – an advantage
Basic knowledge of LAN topologies
Ability to project management.
Knowledge of Backup software – Acronis
Basic knowledge of networking: Cisco switches and Fortigate firewalls
