    Responsibilities:
     

    • Creating string designs for residential and commercial systems.
    • Handling design and technical questions
    • Handling questions about the monitoring portal
    • Provide training and explanations on how to use the SolarEdge design tool, setapp, site mapper
    • Follow-up projects, during all phases of the installation, from design/ installation / commissioning/ and checking systems functionality after commissioning to ensure correct operation (remotely or on location).
    • Coordinate site visits for technical support during the installation phase and system commissioning, including: - Explanation and training on how to mount SolarEdge inverters and optimizers. - Explanation and training of the SolarEdge technology on location.
    • Become a technical expert in the field of SolarEdge products, problem solving and the commissioning process.
    • Maintaining the level of knowledge of all updates, changes, problems and solutions of the residential and commercial product range.
    • Advising installers regarding the AC and DC installation associated with PV systems.

    • Being able to independently elaborate and advise the AC and DC part of large solar systems
    • Having knowledge and maintenance of NEN1010 regarding AC and DC installations
    • Experience with MS Office (like Excel and Powerpoint)
    • Experience with Autocad
    • Have or are willing to obtain a VCA certificate

  • Technical Service Engineer - Tier 2×

    What will you be doing?

    • Providing second line customer support over CRM and phone
    • Provide technical support and analyses for selected accounts
    • Conduct site and account analyses for technical escalations
    • Work closely with account managers to improve service levels for selected accounts
    • Work closely with Technical level 3 local and within Head-Quarters and with Quality manager to resolve technical escalations
    • Collecting data for new HW/SW or technical issues and provide technical input for FA
    • Provide detail technical information (clear order) on escalated cases to Field service (for technical cases)
    • Assist in logistical activities to resolve site issues on site
    • Provide the correct part numbers to replace
    • Managing and providing customer / account trainings
    • Provide technical assistance to Technical level 1


    Requirements

    • Technical engineering background
    • Electrical degree (MBO ++ / HBO)
      • AC knowledge is a must
    • Working experience as 2nd level engineer in a technical environment- minimum of 2 years
    • PV business experience: advantage
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Communication skills
    • IT knowledge
    • Profound & solid technical knowledge
    • Dutch native speaker, English verbal and written is a must

  • Field Service Engineer - Team Lead×

    What will you be doing?

    • Manage field service team to provide optimum customer services. Assist in goal setting, skill enhancement and performance reviews activities for field service staffs.
    • Provide support and guidance to service staff to ensure timely and high quality of the field services.
    • Address customer enquiries, resolve issues and obtain customer feedbacks proactively.
    • Maintain positive and healthy relationship with various teams to ensure customer service effectiveness.
    • Supports the field service coordinators in resource identification and planning.
    • First Talking partner for Field service topics. Contributes to definition and execution of Field Service strategy in the region.
    • Ensures that all FSE´s have the appropriate safety knowledge and tools to work on site, and appropriate technical knowledge on Solaredge products (technical and process training) and appropriate equipment to go on site.
    • Supervise and coordinates the field Service communication (knowledge, issues,..) between and from FSE´s and coordinators.
    • Defines together with Q manager the appropriate training content for Service partners and FSE´s.
    • Organizes the recurrent Service partners trainings/certifications and ensures that all technicians are properly trained.
    • Talking partner of customers/Partners for questions related to field service activities.
    • Communicates on regular basis with other FSE Team Leaders in other countries.
    • Provide relevant KPI’s and drive process improvements to and with the field service team and to management.
    • Ensures early product issue feedback to the HQ once detected onsite.


    Requirements:

    • Technical engineering background
    • Technical management- minimum 2 years or
    • Technical coordinator – minimal 5 years
    • PV industry- advantage
    • Leadership experience
    • Willingness for national and international travel.
