What is included in the Proactive Monitoring feature?
We remotely scan your system twice a week to ensure it’s functioning properly, notify you of any significant issues, and attempt to fix them remotely if detected.
What is the key difference between Lite and Premium?
The main difference is that the Premium plan includes free onsite equipment replacement for all SolarEdge equipment under warranty [for incidents that are covered under the scope of such warranty]. Both plans offer proactive care, VIP support, and monthly reports.
I have a SolarEdge Power Care plan, but my installer is out of business. What happens if I have a problem?
If your installer is no longer available, we will still take care of you. We monitor your system remotely and work to fix any issues. If a SolarEdge equipment replacement is needed in line with applicable warranty terms, we will schedule a solar-professional site visit for you, make sure you will get the required parts and cover all labor costs
What happens if a problem is identified that is not related to SolarEdge equipment?
Our plans only cover SolarEdge equipment. For other issues, you will need to contact an installer.
What happens if the issue in my system is caused by equipment that is out of warranty?
Problems caused by equipment that is out of warranty are not covered and may result in additional repair fees.
What is VIP Customer Support and how does it differ from regular support?

What happens if I decide to cancel my plan?
You can cancel your plan and get a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of registration to the service.
