To change your password in the monitoring platform, please visit here
- Select "Forgot your password?"
To change your password in the mySolarEdge app:
- Click the login button
- Proceed to "Forgot your password?"
- Enter the email address you used when creating your account and you will receive a link to reset your password.
- If your password recovery was unsuccessful, please contact your installer.
