Check your eligibility for a warranty update

Please enter your name and email address in the form below and upload a spreadsheet with the purchased inverter's serial numbers. We will review the file, and if the inverter is eligible* for a warranty extension, we will update it in our system and inform you of the new warranty end date.
Please upload a spreadsheet with the purchased inverter's serial numbers. Please insert the serial number in the full format "XXXXXX-XXXXXXXXX-XX", under column A in a spreadsheet as shown.

*Eligibility applies to inverters shipped during 2023 until end of March 2024. These inverters must be installed and connected to the SolarEdge Monitoring Portal by the end of June, 2025 To receive the full 12 years from installation.
“Connected to the SolarEdge Monitoring Portal” shall mean the first telemetry transmission date as captured in the SolarEdge system.
