- Contact your installer to create user/password
Your installer is your portal administrator and will create your site, build your site layout, invite you as a user, and configure your alert settings
Note: SolarEdge does not create monitoring sites, invite monitoring users, nor monitor any sites -
Download mySolarEdge from Google Play or the App Store.
- Log in using your SolarEdge monitoring platform username and password.
- Without an account, you will only be able to access basic offline capabilities, such as viewing status and communication configuration.
- The app does not have a desktop version, if you wish to monitor your system on your desktop please do so through the SolarEdge monitoring web portal.
