If so, it’s a great time to support Connecticut’s electric grid by enrolling in the Energy Storage Solutions program*. This program offers eligible homeowners who install a SolarEdge Home Battery with an opportunity to earn at least $250** per kWh of usable battery capacity (capped at $16,000 or 50% of the cost of the battery plus installation, whichever [lower/greater]).
Homeowners can earn even more for putting their battery to use during “active” demand response events. This program offers an incentive of up to $225/kW per year, during the first five years, for allowing your battery to be automatically dispatched during summer and winter afternoons when the grid needs it most.
