Since we are not allowed to or are limited in paying onsite visits, what is SolarEdge’s policy regarding compensation for energy loss?

Our best efforts are being made to ship the replacement units on time to the defined addresses in order to minimize the energy loss. However, the actual work and schedule of the installer is not controlled by SolarEdge.
